Refunds

Digital products are covered by a 90-Day Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a digital product for any reason, contact us within ninety (90) days of purchase using the contact details published on this site and we will refund your purchase in full. This guarantee applies to digital products only; private sessions, coaching, and other services are governed by the cancellation and refund terms stated at the time of booking.

Products are delivered digitally (for example, by secure download link, email, or account access), so there is nothing to return or exchange.

If a delivery fails, contact support@metashifts.com and we will make it right.
